Midwest Schools Advance In Friday Night 5G Lights Competition

KANSAS CITY, Missouri ( CSN ) —  Nine high schools across the Midwest and surrounding Central states are among 40 finalists competing for a chance to win $1 million in facility upgrades through T-Mobile’s Friday Night 5G Lights competition. The Midwest Division includes schools from Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin. The Central region’s finalists include Perry High School in Iowa, Princeville High School in Illinois, Riley High School in South Bend, Indiana, Baldwin High School in Baldwin City, Kansas, Bridgeport High School in Michigan, Maple Lake High School in Minnesota, Ash Grove High School in Missouri, McClain High School in Greenfield, Ohio, Lennox High School in South Dakota and Menasha High School in Wisconsin. Each finalist receives $25,000 for its school and a T-Mobile-hosted Home Game Celebration. Fans can vote once daily through Oct. 25.
